You can track your sleep with it, as well as your levels of energy and stress throughout the day.

At this point, the Garmin Vivosmart 4 sounds like a no brainer to buy, but there’s a catch. The display is where Garmin made some compromises; the screen is relatively small and the information is rather cluttered up. The Vivosport is loaded with some features that you’d usually expect from a smartwatch but at the same time, this fitness tracking band is ready for action.

It’s fully waterproof so you can take it with you wherever you like during your day and never have to worry about it getting ruined because some water got splashed on it. The built-in GPS is pretty accurate in tracking your running and movement but it can sometimes take time to lock on to your location, which could have been better. We’re pleased with the Vivosport’s heart rate monitoring; the sensors are advance and can give you accurate heart data around the clock. Overall, it’s a great fitness tracker that could have maybe used a slightly larger screen. But if that doesn’t bother you, then you’ll be really pleased with it.
