Been feeling better lately, but I need some tips on slowing building my confidence and self-esteem up so I can do things in front of people without being anxious and sad like pe at school or talking to people outside of my friend group :)


This is really relatable cause I’m so antisocial and self conscious when I’m at school and around people I’m not close with
It’s hard :/
I honestly only have one friend... And we only ever see or talk to each other during lunch. My social anxiety, my being introverted, and my being self conscious all build up to the point where I have a hard time struggling through even one conversation.
